Every engagement begins with a deep dive into the analytics. This includes:

- Site analysis
- Competition analysis
Once we have gathered and analyzed the data, we focus on due diligence, looking for value-add opportunities and ensuring the project fits our clients’ business plan.
Lastly, we ask the question, “Is this the best site to maximize investment value?” If the answer to that question is no, we move on, looking for another opportunity for our clients and their needs.
