Investments include: Vacant land, single family new construction, multifamily, office, hotel, restaurant, tax lien certificates, self-storage, and single tenant net lease investments.

As founder and principal of ELS, Mary has been in commercial real estate for more than 15 years and involved in more than $300 million in transactions. She began her career assisting national builders with supplying their lot inventory and has worked on the acquisition and development of subdivision communities throughout Florida. She has worked with national brands such as 7‑Eleven, Publix, Chase Bank, McDonald’s and Miller’s Ale House. She provides market analysis, initiates site selection/due diligence, orchestrates land acquisitions, and participates in the negotiations of purchase, sales and lease agreements through completions for national tenants and franchisees.
Mary graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics.
